Alton Jones<\/strong>, born and raised in Southern California, is a successful Real Estate Investor who’s main focus\u00a0is to help others become successful entrepreneurs.\u00a0 As a 16 years old, Alton knew that he wanted become a Police Officer.\u00a0\u00a0Throughout his High School years, he served as a\u00a0cadet\u00a0and immediately upon graduation he became Reserve Police Officer. Alton proudly served 27 years in Los Angeles law enforcement, winning several awards for his hard work and dedication.<\/p>\n

In 2004 Alton discovered the opportunities available to anyone willing to work hard\u00a0in the Real Estate industry.\u00a0He immediately decided to get both\u00a0his\u00a0real estate and his life insurance license, whereupon he joined the staff of Primerica.\u00a0\u00a0Alton was\u00a0quickly promoted to Regional Vice President.<\/p>\n

A few years later he began investing in real estate<\/a>\u00a0 himself and learned the ins and outs that lead to his current success.\u00a0He has seen the stress that many\u00a0families face these past years with\u00a0“upside down” properties that\u00a0are a huge burden. He learned how to\u00a0buy\u00a0these distressed properties in a way that\u00a0not only helps\u00a0families in need\u00a0and still\u00a0make\u00a0 a profit for his investors as well as\u00a0contribute to the recovery of the housing market throughout Southern California.<\/p>\n

Alton has\u00a0worked in the real estate industry for\u00a0over 15 years buying<\/a> and selling<\/a> hundreds of properties. He has been an active member of the Real Estate Investment Club of Los Angeles, the Real Estate Mastermind Group and So Cal Fortune Builders. He is currently mentoring<\/a> others on how to get into and be successful in real estate.<\/p>\n

His company, West Coast Home Buyers, LLC,\u00a0\u00a0buys and sells homes\u00a0throughout LA County, San Bernadino County and Orange County. WCHB currently has homes being bought, sold or renovated in Long Beach, Los Angeles, Altedena,\u00a0 La Mirada, Victorville and Lancaster. Alton supervises all purchases and sales on a daily basis from his office based in Long Beach, California.<\/p>\n
